Start with product and variant references
Send the product reference and selected variant through WhatsApp or email. If you need something outside the catalog, describe the part and include its manufacturer part number when available.
Include the bike details
Include make, model, year and relevant measurements. For listed drivetrain, brake and suspension parts, match the original component and mounting interfaces. Unlisted parts need a separate availability review.
Give quantities and a destination
List the quantity for each option and the destination country and postal code. For a business order, mention whether you are a retailer, workshop or distributor.
Confirm terms before payment
Ask for confirmed availability, price, minimum quantity, delivery terms, included items, warranty and return conditions in writing. The catalog itself is not an order acceptance or compatibility guarantee.
